2025 Inaugural T20 League…
-T&T Legions, Bajan Pelicans to feature in second game
Kaieteur Sports- With the opening round of the highly-anticipated Inaugural T20 League set to bowl off on April 25, local franchise the Guyana Rainforest Rangers will make history as one of four teams to open this historic tournament as part of the double-header.
The League will feature six teams playing in 17 matches with games taking place at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad & Tobago, with the finals set for May 10 under lights. The Kemol Savory led Guyana and the Windward Islands Infernos will open proceedings from 14:00hrs before the home team Trinidad & Tobago Legions square off against the Barbados Pelicans in the last match of round one, bowling off from 19:00h.
The Guyanese will play their second game against the home team Legions, on April 26 from 19:00h before seeing the Jamaica Titans on April 29 in a day match which gets underway from 14:00h.
The final two games before a possible playoff spot, will see the Rangers battling Leeward Islands Thunder on May 4 from 19:00h and a 14:00h showdown against the Barbados Pelicans on May 6, with teams looking to book the final spots for the May 10 finals.
