Kaieteur News – The Guyana Badminton Association (GBA) GUMDAC Tournament got off to an exciting on Tuesday evening at the National Gymnasium, with the event seeing competitors from the Nursery Badminton Academy, Yonex Badminton Club and the Berbice Badminton Clubs.
Players competed in the Open Men Doubles, Women Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Under19 Boys Singles and Under19 Girls Singles categories.
The GBA said they’re happy and delighted with the participation and enthusiasm shown by the players, adding that the competitiveness was evident in the games played.

According to the GBA, the tournament is played nightly, at the National Gymnasium, 5-9pm nightly, and will conclude Friday.
