Linden Summer Super Cup Football… Group stage ends tonight as Topp XX and Capital FC collide
Kaieteur Sports – Football fans will converge tonight (Sunday) in a crowd pulling match as the Linden Summer Super Cup Football Championship’s round robin segment comes to an end with a double header at the Bayrock National Stadium.
The first game at 7:00pm is between Group C’s Hi Stars and Net Rockers in a game which will wrap up that group, as PDey Stars and Aroiama are already through to the quarterfinals.
The toss-up at 9:00pm will feature group A’s Topp XX and Capital FC to decide the top qualifier. A win by by either side will send both teams through to the next stage.
The other Group A team, Coomacka, tarnished their chance of progression with a walkover to Capital FC and a draw against Topp XX that ended nil all.
Other teams already through are Group B’s Eagles United and Milerock along with Group D’s Winners Connection and Botafago.
