Kaieteur News – Four more matches will be played this weekend starting tomorrow (Saturday) as the Kevin Joseph Under 23 basketball round robin play continues at the Retrieve Hard Court.
Tomorrow (Saturday) winless Sixers after two losses for two points will take on Kings who have three points one win and one loss for three points in the first game from 6.00pm.
The other game tomorrow is between Victory Valley Royals who have three points also from one win and one loss, face Block 22 Flames who have a similar one record.
On Sunday joint leaders Kid Rock and Retrieve Raiders squarepff from 6.00pm and both are on five points with two wins and one loss.
The other game from 8.00pm will bring Royals after one win and one loss for three points, face Sixers who are looking to rebound from their two losses last week and have a mere two points.
Last Saturday Block 22 Flames scored a 59-34 win against Sixers with Jafan Reynolds getting 14 points, Kenroy Jusie 12 and Jumane Reynolds 1.
The Sixers best player were Damian Allen with 15 points and Shemol Jackson supporting with 10 points.
Game two saw the Kings scoring a 58-54 win over Kid Rock as Carmelo Man-Son-Hing’s hitting 20 points as Ming Wong had 14 and for Blazers, Teishawn Kitt led with 24 points as Shauntese Campbell added 11.
