It is alleged that the 21 year old accused last Monday, drove his motor car in a reckless manner, resulting in the Death of Govinda Prashad.
The charge read that on October 28th on the Evergreen Public Road on the Essequibo Coast, the accused drove motorcar PXX 6207 in a dangerous and reckless manner, resulting in the death of 21 years old Govinda Prashad, of Somerset, Essequibo Coast.
