East Coast Domino Club hosts triangular tourney
The In Time Domino Club will be hosting its 8th Annual Triangular Dominoes Tournament at its Club House, President’s College Road, Golden Grove ECD, from August 8 – 21t next.
Several clubs would be vying for top honours including the Barbados Union of Teachers, Cavalier Dominoes Club and the Top Ranking Upsetters Dominos Club of Antigua.
According to the organizers, the tournament was planned with the aim of fostering sports tourism in the region.
Activities would get underway with a grand opening ceremony on August 8. The ‘In Time Dominos Club’ is a non profit organization with affiliation to the East Coast Demerara Dominoes Association and the National Dominoes Association. The first domino would be laid at 15:00hrs sharp.
