Commissioner of Police Mr. Clifton Hicken, Deputy Commissioner “Administration” and Chairman of Guyana Police Force Cricket Mr. Ravindradat Budhram, police cricketers and ranks of the Guyana Police Force are extending heartfelt congratulations to Antony Adams on his appointment as Assistant Coach of the Guyana National Under-19 Cricket Team for the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Regional Under-19 Tournament in Antigua from July 7-23, 2026.
Adams, a member of the Guyana Police Force cricket team and a coach within the Force’s cricket programme, has made meaningful contributions to cricket both as a player and coach. A Guyana cricketer, left-arm spinner and Level Two Coach, he has represented Guyana at the senior level, served in key coaching roles and continues to contribute to the development of young cricketers.
His appointment is a proud achievement for the Guyana Police Force cricket fraternity and reflects his dedication, leadership, discipline and commitment to the continued development of cricket in Guyana.
As a police cricket coach, Adams continues to share his experience and knowledge of the game with fellow players, while supporting the growth and advancement of cricket within the Force.
