His 17 fours and 4 sixes headlined the innings at LBI Ground, which was supported by some good knocks from the in-form Nathan Bishop who stroked an aggressive 57-ball 67 (6×4).

Opener Aaron Narine scored 31 during the 101 run first wicket stand as all-rounder Afraz Khan finished the innings with a run-a-ball 31 not out.
Wickets were hard to come by for the GCB XI, as spinner Shaker Ramesh (2-57) finished as the most successful bowler out of the 7 operators used.
The Demerara opener got to his half-century off 41 before turning on the boosters to reach his 150-run mark off a mere 124 deliveries.
His breathtaking strokeplay, which has been on full display over the past year or so, again played a huge role in getting his team to a strong first innings score.
The knock effectively crushed the spirits of the GCB XI bowlers who struggled during their spells, but were tasked with even harder duties during the mammoth chase.
In response, GCB XI failed to get anywhere close to the gargantuan target and were stuck on 106-10 after 39 overs of toiling.
All-rounder Makai Dowlin swapped duties as he opted to save his best performance of the innings, as his off-spin yielded impressive returns of 5-17 from his 10 over quota.
Medium-pacer Khan continued to show his class in both departments, snaring (1-5) with help from Somesh Boyer (2-25) and Aaron Persaud (1-22).
Only opener Solomon Hercules (22) really got going when compared to the rest of his teammates who struggled under the variables which came in the form of a complete Demerara bowling unit.
The Ancient County lads posted a decent first innings score of 194-9 after their overs ended. Middle-order batsman Asgaralli Nabi was the rock of the innings after showing some form in the first round, the Berbician carried his team with a composed knock of 52 (3×4 1×6).
Captain and all-rounder Leon Reddy (41) missed out on a half-century but found some useful support in his soldiers like opener Akash Ramdewar (20) and all-rounder Altaf Ali (21).
After losing opener Ravid Fredericks (23) and top-scorer Devraj Persaud (25), Essequibo found themselves in a hole, being 81-6 at one point before eventually being reduced to a final score of 121-10 in the 43rd over.
The right-arm/left-arm combo of spinners of Sahid Gajnabi (2-22) and Jaden Ganpat (2-17),
created an immediate mismatch for the Essequibo batsmen.
Medium-pacer/match MVP Reddy, who bagged 4 in the last game, returned figures of 2-10 alongside Brandon Grimmond (2-20) who helped cap off a comprehensive bowling exhibition by the Ancient County youngsters.
The tournament continues Tomorrow (Thursday), with Berbice and Demerara duking it out at Lusignan, with the Essequibo/GCB XI clash taking place at the LBI Ground; from 9:30h. (Clifton Ross)
