Kaieteur Sports – The Berbice Cricket Board (BCB) wishes to inform all first division clubs that all first division matches scheduled for this weekend (September 6th and 7th) has been called off.
Clubs are asked to stay tuned and will be informed accordingly when the competition will be recommenced.
The rescheduled Dr Dukhi under 15 Inter Club cricket match between Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club (RHTYSC) B and Albion Community Centre Cricket Club has been postponed due to inclement weather. The BCB Competitions Committee will meet shortly to announce a new date.
The BCB would like to advise clubs and players that its elite training programme will commence shortly. Players are asked to keep training. They are also advised to attend the training sessions when it begins in preparation for senior trials. This will be followed by the senior inter county 50 over tournament which begins in October.
