Kaieteur Sports – The full squads for the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and Massy Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL) will be revealed during the upcoming live draft.
The Draft Show will be broadcasted live on the tournament’s Facebook and YouTube pages from 10:30h Eastern Caribbean Time on Friday. During the show, the drafted players as well as the overseas signings for both tournaments will be revealed to their new franchise and fans alike.
The show will be hosted by Alex Jordan and will feature former West Indies players, Ian Bishop, Daren Ganga and Windies Women’s spinner Anisa Mohammed, who will be giving their expert opinions on the squads for both the CPL and WCPL tournaments.
Fans will be able to view the Draft Show on Friday via the following mediums; CPL’s Facebook and YouTube – Worldwide, Star Sports – India, Fancode – India, SportsMax – Pan Caribbean , TV6 – Trinidad & Tobago, Willow – USA, BT Sport – UK, Sky Sports – New Zealand.
The show will be broadcasted on the CPL’s social media pages at the following times: 10:30am ECT, 2:30pm GMT, 3:30pm BST and 8:00pm IST. The franchise which bowls off from August 16-September 24 will see franchises; Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Saint Lucia Kings and Trinbago Knight Riders battling to become champions of this year’s edition.
