This afternoon will be the penultimate day of play in the 2019 edition of the Smalta girls’ peewee football tournament that is being promoted by Petra Organisation. Following some exciting matches, both the quarterfinal and semifinal rounds will be contested today at the Ministry of Education (MOE) ground on Carifesta Avenue from 13:00hrs.
In the first last eight game, North Georgetown will face Smith Memorial while Tucville will clash with South Ruimveldt in other game that will be played concurrently.
The second pair of quarterfinals kicks off at 13:50hrs with Timehri matching skills with West Ruimveldt while Redeemer will play St. Stephen’s in the other game.
