Guyana’s distance running duo, Lionel DAndrade and Kelvin Johnson were on podium again

last Sunday in the 2016 Edition of the Oilfield Workers’ Trade Union (OWTU) annual Labour Day Butler 20km Classic Road Race in Fyzabad, Trinidad.
Johnson was second behind Trinidad’s Curtis Cox, who ran 1:11.37 to win the game. Johnson ran 1:12.56, while D’Andrade (1:14.240 was third. The Guyanese told Kaieteur Sport yesterday that the race was a good one for them.
According to D’Andrade, he is recovering from a hamstring injury. He said the race was his 26th of the year.
