Keen rivalry anticipated at Holy Family All Star Promotions Inter School’s Athletics
Several exciting races are on the cards when the Holy Family All Star Promotions stage an Inter School’s Athletics championships on the Saint Stanislaus Ground, Carifesta Avenue today starting at12:00hrs sharp.
Several sponsors have pitched in to make the activity a success including HJTV, Colors Boutique of Robb Street and Trophy Stall of the Bourda Market. Athletes from all schools are invited to participate but they must conform to the registration period which gets underway at the venue of the event from 11:30hrs today.
Meanwhile, spectators could anticipate the excitement in several events such as the 80m dash for boys and girls under 8 years old. Then there is the 100m race, also for boys and girls. Several relays would also be contested including the boys 4×200 open and a similar event for the girls. In all, there will be 33 events and the race among the officials will bring the curtains down. The coordinator of the event is Mr. Quincy Williams.
