‘C’ House rules the roost at Winfer Gardens Inter House Sports
Champions Again!!! Winners of the Winfer Gardens Primary Annual Inter House Athletics Championships ‘C’ House is all focus ahead of competition on Thursday last at eth Everest Ground. They also won the March Past.
Defending champions C House came out victors yet again when the Winfer Gardens Primary School held their Annual Inter House Athletic Sports on Thursday at the Everest Ground, Camp Road, Georgetown.
When the unofficial results were released, ‘C’ House tallied 434 points out running ‘B’ House on 417 points with ‘A’ House bringing up the rear on 384 points.
Taking the champion boy and girl accolade at the Under-12 level were Nollex Holder and Alisia Parks.
Earlier in the day, the Sports were declared open by former Guyana and West Indies fast bowler Reon King. ‘C’ House was declared winners of the march past.
The official announcement of the winners and the presentation of trophies will take place at the School during assembly. The first, second and third placed finishers in all the races including, teachers and parents were all rewarded.
