GDA, Sports Ministry stage Draughts tourney at Stadium on Sunday
Draughts players anywhere in Guyana are invited to the inaugural one-day Draughts competition on Sunday from 10:00hrs at the Guyana National Stadium at Providence.
The competition has been organized by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the Guyana Draughts Association (GDA) and registration will be done from 09:00hrs on Sunday at Providence.
Males and females of all ages are being encouraged to come out and test their skills in the board game and there is no charge to participate in what should be a competitive, educational and enjoyable event.
