Kaieteur News – The Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) has received a timely donation from Xavier Investment Inc. in support of its upcoming T10 cricket competition, further strengthening the Board’s efforts to attract corporate support for the development and promotion of cricket across Demerara.
Xavier Investment Inc. is a multi-disciplinary Guyanese company based in Georgetown, providing a range of services and products to clients in Guyana and the wider Caribbean.
The company’s operations include general contracting and project management, with expertise in road, residential and commercial construction. Xavier Investment Inc. also supplies professional-grade tools and worksite supplies, including hand and power tools, fasteners, HVAC equipment and construction consumables.
Additionally, the company provides heavy equipment sales and rentals, including generators, compactors and concrete saws, while also supplying internationally compliant personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, respirators and life jackets.

Its services extend to property maintenance, including landscaping, plumbing, electrical works and HVAC servicing for both residential and commercial properties.
The Demerara Cricket Board expressed its appreciation to Xavier Investment Inc. for supporting the T10 competition and for demonstrating confidence in the Board’s cricket-development programmes.
The DCB noted that corporate partnerships remain an important component of its efforts to provide more competitive opportunities for cricketers, improve the standard and presentation of its tournaments, and strengthen the overall development structure of cricket in Demerara.
The Board welcomes Xavier Investment Inc. to the growing group of corporate partners supporting the DCB T10 competition and looks forward to a productive relationship.
