A key cog in the Warriors make-up for a number of years and one of their front-line strike bowlers who played his role during their title reign a few seasons ago, lauded his time with the local franchise further thanking them for making him a part of the family.
“Firstly I want to thank the Amazon Warriors organisation for backing me at the start of my CPL journey and for the memories and experiences over the years”. Said the West Indies player.

“A special thank you as well to the Amazon Warriors fans for their continued love and support, throughout my journey. I love you guys”.
Speaking on his new chapter, Motie said his goals remain the same, as he plans to bring the same intensity when he appears for his new team.
“Being drafted by the Barbados franchise is a new chapter in my career and I’m excited for the challenge ahead. My focus remains on contributing in every way possible, while continuing to grow as a player and helping the team compete for a title”.
The spinner concluded by saying he was eager to meet his new teammates while embracing the culture of his new team. “I’m looking forward to meeting the players, staff and fans and giving my best throughout the tournament”. (Clifton Ross)
