Kaieteur Sports – The Guyana Harpy Eagles held their final training session on home turf before they head to Trinidad and Tobago for the Regional Super50, which runs from November 19-29.
Following a successful Inter-County, players were drafted from the respective counties to the Eagles squad who immediately commenced their preparatory camp.

Guyana Harpy Eagles squad putting in some final sessions ahead of Sunday’s departure to Trinidad and Tobago ahead of the 2025/26 CWI CG United Regional Super50 Cup.
The squad linked up on Thursday at the Everest Ground, to complete their final session under the eyes of their coaching staff including Ryan Hercules and Garvin Nedd.
Sessions included some tough practice simulations in the nets as batsmen and bowlers alike hit their straps as they sought to fine-tune any further kinks ahead of next week’s start to the 2025/26 Super50 Cup; where the reigning Regional 4-Day champs will look to break a two decade curse by capturing the elusive 50-Over title.
Selectors have opted for a mixed squad, which features some of Guyana’s brightest stars as well as a few notable names who have been cementing their place in the team over the previous seasons.
With Round 1 bowling off next Wednesday November 19, the Harpy Eagles will wing out tomorrow (Sunday), as they prepare to battle the Jamaica Scorpions in the opening bout at the Queen’s Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago
