Action in the GVF Independence volleyball Tournament.

Kaieteur Sports – Premier Eagles and Classic Ball Blasters (CBB) emerged as winners after a string of elite performances this past weekend in the Demerara Volleyball Association (DVA) Independence Tournament played at the National Gymnasium.

The Eagles and CBB showed skill, grit, and championship mentality, stamping their mark as the powerhouse clubs of the season.

Eagles all-star Evgeny Titov copped the MVP award for his team.

CBB’s Eureka Dennis bagged the Most Valuable Player Female aware (MVP).

This achievement isn’t just about silverware, it’s about pride, teamwork, and raising the bar for volleyball in Guyana.

A special salute to PMTC’s female and male squads for their strong second and third place finish respectively, proving Berbice volleyball is alive and thriving.

Eagles MVP Evgeny Titov copped the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award after his all-rounder performances in the match.

Female MVP Eureka Dennis bagged the top award in her category after she too pulled out some excellent performances during her team’s victory.

The competition, which was played under the theme “Peace and Unity Through Sport”, focused heavily on development in both male and female categories, as well as the next generation of players to come.

Both teams ended with a 6 out of 8 trophies at the Independence Volleyball Tournament is nothing short of dominance.

Premier Eagles VC – Champions

Classic Ball Blasters (CBB)-runners-up

PMTC (Berbice) – Third Place

MVP: Evgeny Titov (Premier Eagles)

Female Division winners:

Classic Ball Blasters (CBB) – Champions

PMTC (Berbice) – Runner-up
