National Junior Cricketer benefits from ‘Cricket Gear for young and promising cricketers in Guyana’ Project

Kaieteur Sports – Prolific national youth all round cricketer, Romario Ramdeholl, once again benefits from this noble initiative done jointly by Anil Beharry of Guyana and Kishan Das of the USA. The Rose Hall Community Center CC right arm off spinner and right-handed batsman, was the recipient of one cricket bat, one pair of thigh pad and one pair of batting gloves.
Ramdeholl, who was recently named vice captain of the national under19 team, is tipped to be the captain of the under17 team, a rare accomplishment in the history of Guyana youth cricket. He expressed gratitude for the gear and continued assistance from this project and promised to do well in the upcoming junior regional tournaments. This project has been following the career of this talented young cricketer at all levels, and is impressed with his exceptional talent, hence the support.
This project will continue to improve the lives of youths in every community. We are pleased to be part of the development of young cricketers in Guyana. Our aim is to keep them off the streets and get them actively involved in sports, cricket in particular.
