The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Guyana Cycling Federation (GCF) which has been delayed for a few months will finally be convened according to the federation.
Tuesday, August 13th is the date from 15:00hrs at the Guyana Olympic Association, Office, Building, Block XXX Lilendall, East Coast Demerara. In the notice sent to its members, each eligible member is entitled to send not more than two (2) delegates of which one would be entitled to vote.
The notice further states that in order for any of the GCF clubs to sit in the AGM and have a vote, they must be in good standing. Resolution (s) must be submitted to the Federation through the General Secretary at least fourteen (14) days before the AGM.
High on the agenda would be the election of office bearers for the next four years apart from Report of the Federation (2015 – 2019) and the Audited Financial Statements (2011 – 2019), among other items.
