Big 6 romped to a comfortable victory in the final of the Alex Chung Dominoes competition which was contested on Sunday at Carlosh Sports bar in Good Success, Wakenaam.
Big 6 marked 78 games to win the title ahead of All Stars who made 61 and third pla
ce Mix up on 40. Big 6 were led by 17 games from Amit Ramnarine, 16 from Vickram Ramnarine and 15 from Heera Sukram.
Mohamed Kalam, Krishundat Hansraj and Khemraj Surujpaul made 14 each for All Stars while Mohamed Zafrul and Tom Singh scored 12 and 11 games respectively for Mix Up.
The love birds were Tom Singh, James Ramnarine and Oyono Sampson all of Mix Up while Amit Ramnarine was named man-of-the-match.
Nazeer Mohamed of All Stars thanked the sponsor Alex Chung and congratulated the winners; he called on the business community to support the sport on the Island.
