The Berbice Volleyball Association (BVA) selectors have released the names of 15 male players and 11 female players who will participate in Guyana Volleyball Federation (GVF) Trials to select the National Teams to participate in the Inter Guiana Games (IGG) scheduled to be held in Guyana for 20 – 24 October.
Male players called are – Samuel Fraser, Lezon Khan, Vickram Nandram, Marcellious Hector, Jermain Munroe, Klondyke Rodney, Ravi Rampertab, Kellon Bruce Leitch, Andy Rohoman, Paul Welcome, Joel Junior Cort, Joel Hughes, Renaldo Bobb, Samuel Seecharran & Damion Al Ahmad.
Female players selected are – Candacy Mentore, Stephani Lewis, Amesha Mohabir, Shameza Penuex, Telisha Williams, Ala Mohabir, Jessica Adrian, Sheliza Edwards, Krystal Paddy, Philana Simpson & Darshanie Pooran.
Meanwhile, Port Mourant Training Centre and 3 Doors Strikers will represent the BVA in the Inter- Association Championships to select the top two teams from Guyana that will participate in the GVF’s Tradewinds Tanker International Club Tournament scheduled for November in Guyana. (Samuel Whyte)
