Bahamas beat Guyana in RAN U19 C/ships

Finding themselves in a must win situation against the Bahamas, Guyana’s Under-19 ruggers were edged 33-31 at the Rugby Americas North (RAN) U19 Championships being played in Miami, Florida.
With the win that closed out the pool play matches, the Bahamians have advanced to the Trophy championship which they will play tomorrow against Jamaica which had defeated Guyana, 24-9.
The 11 day event has been dubbed RAN Superweek as it will feature 23 matches, 14 teams and a variety of administrative and educational events to further develop rugby in the region.
