Bush Lot United Turf Club AGM is today
The Bush Lot United Turf Club (BLUTC) of Sea View Park West Coast Berbice holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The meeting will be held at the Club’s entity Sea View Park West Coast Berbice beginning at 09:00 hrs.
High on the agenda will be the reports from the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the club. A review of the club performance for the past year will also be undertaken, while ways and means to have the club functioning better will also be looked at.
The main agenda item is expected to be the election of officer bearers, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and committee members. A number of appointments will also be made including judges, veterinary officers, stewards, medical doctor, and clerk of scale, clerk of paddock, starters and commentators.
Plans for the club’s upcoming horse race meet which is set for Sunday 16th November, will also be addressed.
