Action in the clash between West Front Road and Albouystown ‘A’ on Tuesday evening.
Broad Street ‘B’ and Albouystown ‘A’ registered contrasting victories in their respective semi-final matchups to make it to the final of the Guinness ‘Greatest in de Streets; Football Tournament which will climax on Saturday, at the National Park Tarmac.
In action on Tuesday evening, Broad Street beat favourites Alexander Village on sudden death penalty kicks after regulation time saw the teams deadlocked at 3-3, while Albouystown ‘A’ were comfortable 2-0 winners against West Front Road.
The two will clash for the top prize of $500,000 and a trophy with the loser set to receive $250,000 and a trophy.
West Front Road and Alexander Village will meet in the third place playoff for the $150,000 prize and a trophy with the loser to take home $100,000 and a trophy.
Saturday’s proceeding is expected to have three exhibition matches, the third place playoff starting at 21:00 hrs, a live performance by the Jamaican artiste RDX and the grand finals followed by presentation of prizes.
