Federicks to lead E’bo in GCB Carib/Pepsi T/20 tourney
Former national U-19 opener Royan Federicks will captain Essequibo in upcoming Guyana Cricket Board, Carib Beer/Pepsi twenty/20 competition which starts on Friday at the Guyana National Stadium at Providence.
Also included in the squad are the talented Norman Federicks, the hard hitting Dillon Heyliger and Oyono Sampson and pacers, Ronsford Beaton, Trevon Benn and Royan Thomas.
The full squad reads: Royan Federicks (capt.), Norman Federicks, Dillon Heyliger, Jason Heyliger, Ronsford Beaton, Anthony Adams, Trevor Benn, Balchan Shivamber, Oyono Sampson, Ricardo Adams, Robert Moore, Kenzo Baksh, Mark Braithwaite and Royan Thomas.
Standbys are: Sherwin Murray, Navishaul Pooran, Mark Tyrell and Mark Gonsalves.
It is understood that the coach is Elroy Stephney and the manager is Price Holder.
