Kaieteur News – The Sonia Noel Foundation is gung-ho about this year’s iteration of Inspire You, in commemoration of Women’s History Month, just on the heels of International Women’s day, on March 8th.
And in keeping with the theme, this year of ‘Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress’, the panel discussion chocked full of dynamic speakers and motivational trailblazers.
One of the underpinnings, this year, is the promotion of inclusivity, ‘Inspire Inclusion’, and the Foundation has definitely made this tenet its overarching mandate.
Inspire You started the celebration in Florida at the Women celebrating Women Tea Party and Soaring to Greater Heights events featuring Lina Ramsey, Laverne Cuzco and Sonia Noel.
On the 17th of March at Tower Suites, Main Street, Georgetown, Guyana, an international forum of game changers, featuring onsite and online speakers will be hosted.
Guyanese clothing designer, Sonia Noel, is exuberant about the impressive panel she has curated for this event and is determined to set the bar high as well as impact participants with transformative nuggets of mindset-adjusting and psyche-shifting inspiration to elevate and edify, not only women but all who tune in.
The panel is being moderated by regional creative strategist and fashion impresario, Richard Young, who is famed for his incisive gift of gab, skilled at provoking insightful discourse and interactive dialogue. Indeed, Dr. Sonia Noel brings her wealth of multidisciplinary entrepreneurship – designer, philanthropist, motivational speaker, and author – to bear on the
footprint of this motivational symposium highlighting the John Maxwell methodology. All speakers are John Maxwell alumni.
Other speakers include a cross section of extraordinary influencers who are all making a mark in developing human capital through holistic and empowering precepts of sustainable development directives serving to enhance our collective life chance.
With a diverse background, in Columbia and USA, steeped in initiatives geared to enable others to live their best lives, comes Sara Nunez, CEO of Dream to Succeed, with her prowess in project management and organisational transformation.
Across the globe, in the Maldives, Aleef Hussain, Senior Director, Talent and Culture at Lux Resorts and Hotel, brings his well-honed expertise of human resource strategy and quality customer experience to magnify the narrative of the 2024 edition of ‘Inspire You’.
In Guyana, alongside Noel are other John Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainers resident in Guyana – Charissa Rampersud, Nebiola Gittens and Rawle Dundass. Charissa Rampersaud is passionate about leadership that propels others to maximise their potential and work efficiently
in teams. She brings her enthusiasm to embolden the ‘Inspire You’ engagement.
Nebiola Gittens is an ardent people-person consistently desirous of upgrading people skills, by mentoring and inspiring others through personal and professional development so that they can
efficiently and effectively foster interactivity and group behaviour.
Rawle Dundass holds the honour of being the first Guyanese to become a certified member of John Maxwell International Team. He is an avid leadership trainer with a wide spectrum of professional portfolios under his
belt, including hospitality, communication and sales, to name a few. He certainly will fortify the output at this year’s ‘Inspire You’.
Dr. Safeeya Mohammed is no stranger to the Inspire You platform.
She is very keen on returning to share her manifold experiences garnered through her involvement in global empowerment initiatives. An awarded medical doctor and a dynamic multimedia host, she heads her company, in Trinidad, leading with a purposeful, versatile and strategic drive that
transforms lives as she imparts.
Rounding up the panel is a strategist par excellence, from the United States, Tricia Andreassen, who is a leading inspirational business branding, dream builder coach speaker, and author whose wide-reaching scope bolsters her competency to help others maximise the gifts they have within themselves by finding their voice and discovering their purpose.
‘Inspire You’ certainly is going to be a catalyst for transforming how individuals view themselves and each other and serve to create enabling space, corral purpose intervention and commit us to better living
perquisites. The public can also register to view this event on zoom.
