Trevor Wharton Softball Cricket tourney at Bourda today
Softball cricket action will take place at the World famous GCC ground Bourda today as former National U-21 Hockey Coach and former Police Hockey player and Cricketer Trevor Wharton-Jones host his Birthday tournament.
Trevor, who now a cricket scorer, represented the Guyana Police Force in Hockey and Cricket in the 1980s and Coached the Guyana’s Men’s Hockey team in 2000.
The matches slated for today are Regal Masters vs Wellman’s X1 at 10:00hrs and Success Masters vs HS Masters at 14:00hrs.
The tournament is being sponsored by Trophy Stall and Mike’s Pharmacy.
