IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NOT A DEFENCE
DEAR EDITOR,
Of course, the APNU+AFC Government of President David Granger have to uphold The Constitution guided by the Court of Law. Yet, this APNU+AFC Government of President David Granger simply do not understand the LAW, which is WHY it ran to the Courts, Court of Appeal and maybe the CCJ. It is simply asking, “What is the Law?”
IGNORANCE is BLISS but ignorance of the LAW is not a defence.
We’ve already had a ruling about the validity of the No-Confidence Motion.
Come 22nd March 2019, President David Granger becomes David Granger and a TYRANT IF he does not resign and call fresh Constitutionally due Elections before the 90 days expiry timeframe.
