There is no end to the number of small criminals who do big things. Many of them would have left school with nothing to aid them in the world of work but with an idea of what they want to do. That is why a group would be riding around on bicycles waiting to pounce on hapless people.
Such would be the case when a member of the group would grab a shoulder bag from a woman. The woman would fall and so too would the cyclist.
Public-spirited citizens would beat him then hand him over to the police.

Another road accident would lead to the hospitalization of a passenger. Drink and speed would combine to cause the accident.
The driver would be heading home from a night club when the accident would occur. Failure to observe a traffic sign would be the cause.
**
Rumours would be flying around in the coming days. One rumour would surround the role of the armed forces. This however would be just another round of disinformation designed to incense the population.
