A resident of Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, Georgetown, is complaining bitterly about a parking lot which is being erected just three feet away from her fence.
According to the resident, Roxanne Lundore, who resides at Lot 49 Sandy Babb Street, Kitty, she is concerned about the parking lot which is under construction at Lot 50&51 Sandy Babb Street Kitty.
She added that this new structure is just three feet away from her back step which is too close for comfort. The woman further alleged that since persons started working on the parking lot, she and her tenants are not getting any privacy because of the close proximately.
“Sometimes at nights when the workers are at the site working, I don’t get to sleep because of the noise.”
The woman lamented that despite numerous reports to the Mayor and City Council about the situation, she is of the opinion that all her calls and letters seem to have been ignored.
The woman is calling for the relevant authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible.
