There has been the rash of fires, now we must prepare for the spate of road accidents. This always happens when schools are out. Drivers of public transportation tend to be that more aggressive to make the dollar.
There will be an overtaking that would be both foolhardy and dangerous. The ensuing crash will set the police working again.

A visiting Guyanese would be confronted by a gunman who seems desperate. The confrontation will be brutal after the visitor’s money. He will have an accomplice. They will make an escape but that will not be for long, because the police always seem to be around.

The government will get some international support over its handling of the economy. The talk in certain quarters will be that the economy is going nowhere but the truth is something else. Revenue will be up because the government has tightened on some revenue-leaking areas.
It is the clamping down on areas like smuggling and false declarations that the business community will complain about.
