LABA AGM TODAY AT 5:30PM AT MSC LOUNGE
The Linden Amateur Basketball Association (LABA) is inviting its affiliate clubs to send four representatives, preferably the President, Secretary, Treasurer and Captain to attend its Annual General Meeting set for the Mackenzie Sports Club Lounge this evening at 5.30pm.
Clubs MUST Affiliate and Register their players on the prescribed Forms attached for the 2016 season before the AGM starts.
The current executive headed by Lawrence Simon has served one year of their two year term and as such elections are due until next year. However, some vacancies exists and those are likely to be filled at this evening’s AGM.
The Agenda is:-Call to Order. Prayers, Confirmation of Clubs affiliated and Players registered. Minutes of Previous AGM, President’s Report, Secretary’s Report and Treasurer’s Report, Amendment(s), Replacement /Election of Officers not functioning e.g a Second Vice President and an Assistant Secretary among others.
