Banks DIH on board with GFA yearend football
Beverage giant Banks DIH Limited has agreed to be the main sponsor of the Georgetown Football 
Association Christmas football competition. The competition is held during the month of December and culminates with a final on January 1.
President of the GFA Vernon Burnette yesterday said that he welcomed Banks’ strong show of support. “We are thankful that once again Banks DIH has chosen to be the backbone of our tournament. This is a shot in the arm at the right time,” Burnette said.
The GFA tournament is into its fourth episode with Banks DIH being a main sponsor for its birth. The competition is scheduled to kick off no later than December 1 with 16 teams from the Garden City battling for honours.
