Twenty-one of the country’s leading domino teams will be locked in battle on Saturday at the Strikers Sports Club, Meadow Brook Gardens with double six time set at 13:00hrs.
The 21 team Twenty20, 2-in 1-out competition dubbed “Domino Explosion” has an entrance fee of $10,000 per team, with sides expected from Berbice, Linden, East Bank, West Coast Demerara and Georgetown all vying for supremacy and the top prize of $130,000. The runner-up team will collect $60,000 with $20,000 set aside for the third prize.
Additionally, there will be a feature match between Wild Bunch; West Side and TNT with each team putting up $25,000. This game will start at 12:00hrs.
