10 Grams of Cocaine found in Enmore House; Two arrested
(Kaieteur News) – Police have arrested two men in relation to the discovery of several whitish rock-like substances suspected to be cocaine which were found in a washroom at a Newtown, Enmore, East Coast Demerara (ECD) house.

The contraband was seized on Tuesday along with a “a quantity of cash suspected to be proceeds from the sale of cocaine”.
The two men, aged 29 and 34 respectfully, were at the Enmore house at the time of the police operation. They were taken to the Cove and John Police Station where “The suspected cocaine was counted and amounted to twenty-six (26) pieces.”
“It was weighed in the presence of the suspects and amounted to 10 grams before being lodged,” police said in a statement.
The duo remains in custody.
