Dear Editor,
Kaieteur News – The most powerful, confident, and influential people are the ones who enable others to be all they can be.
Inspirational leaders do not dictate what others should do, but instead guide them and allow them to make positive choices on their own.
Great leaders do not feel the need to put others down in an effort to feel superior.
The best leaders help to enhance the skills of others by inspiring them to go beyond what they believe is possible. The most powerful people empower others to utilise their own skills in productive and creative endeavours.
The most powerful people do not need to show their strength to others, but instead show other individuals that they possess powers that they may not have realised. When an individual assists others to be all they can be, it is a sign of confidence, intelligence, and compassion.
The willingness to empower others to increase their skill set is a sign of true superior leadership.
We all possess a different skill-set and when these skills are combined, we achieve the best possible results. A combination of diverse perspectives is the best way to achieve incredible results and make all parts of a team feel inspired to be better players.
In conclusion, the most powerful people do not knock others down; they pick them up. We can all be more powerful, by empowering others, assisting others and encouraging others to be all they can be.

(Kaieteur News) – The PPP Gov’t will give an arm and a leg to get the MV Barima off the front-pages.
