In a game that was reduced due to high tide, Andy Rohoman and Helond Singh defeated Tyrone Farley and Levi Nedd Jr 10-8, to win the Guyana Volleyball Federation (GVF) beach tournament that was contested recently at the Number 63 beach, Berbice.
Nine teams from #47 Village, Black Bush Polder, # 52 and Port Mourant Training Centre competed in the competition.
Meanwhile, Director of Sport, Christopher Jones presented a cheque to Mr. Levi Nedd President of the Guyana Volleyball Federation in support of the Guyana team that will be participating in the Inter Guiana Games in French Guiana next month.
The NSC wishes the teams (male and female) well and urged them to be good Ambassadors.
