The National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) yesterday opened three bids for the second part of the transmission lines project being handled by the Guyana Power and Light Inc. (GPL).
The project involved the installation of miles of new transmission lines- in fact, it is about 310 kilometers in this second lot- (Lot B component).
