Flashback! The top performers of GAPLF 2017 Novices/Juniors Championship display their trophies and medals following the presentation.
First timers as well as junior competitors will have their way and say come February 4 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall when the Guyana Amateur Power-lifting Federation (GAPLF) brings off their first championship for the year, Novices/Juniors.
An exciting and promising field took to the competitive platform last February when the action unfolded at the Banks DIH Sports Club, Thirst Park. This year is anticipated to be equally exciting.

(4) No Velcro belts or belts with padding (Novices Only) (5) No Construction Boots (6) All other IPF powerlifting rules will be in Full Effect,” The ruling body noted.
