An argument is going to turn deadly when two men fail to settle a dispute over money. One of them would have promised to repay a loan but he would renege on his promise.
His partner would become very angry and would resort to violence that would leave him seriously injured. He would succumb to his injuries.

A fire is going to destroy a business place in the coming days. Workers would see smoke coming from a room and would raise an alarm. By the time help could arrive the fire would have spread and would cause severe damage to property.

Robberies are on the decline but every so often a group of young men would become desperate. And since guns are common things these days they would stage an attack. Two of them would be left at the scene because of community response and rapid police action.
