Providence, Guyana – Kithson Bain’s name is being debated among observers in the region following his clinical performances for Alpha United in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Championship, scoring goals in wins against both Harbour View and Defence Force.
In large part to his offensive exploits, The Hammer finished atop the Group 3 table and qualified for the 2014/15 CONCACAF Champions League (CCL) as one of the region’s three representatives.

Even though the Grenada international has certainly started the year on a high, he is of the view that there is still more work to be done before he reaches his peak.
The soft spoken Bain wants this season to be his best and looks forward to bigger things with an organization to which he has become extremely attached.
“I consider myself an integral part of Alpha now and really appreciate playing for this club,” the 31-year-old told CONCACAF.com. “One of my aims is to look for bigger contracts based on my performances this season. I’m being more exposed to the world of football, which is good for me. I also want to become the top goal scorer in the CFU and CONCACAF.”
Taking his game to another level and the sport in the Caribbean to greater heights are all on the horizon for the former Tranmere Rovers forward.
