Adonis captures Ministry of Home Affairs Queen Domino competition
Lavern Farley of the General Registrars’ Office was dethroned by her department colleague Karen Adonis when the 2009 Ministry of Home Affairs Queen Domino competition was played at the Police Sports Club Pavilion last Friday.
In the final, contested among Nicole London, Letiza Nicholls and the new Queen Adonis, she won with 11 games followed by London with 9 and Nicholls on 6 games.
The presentation of trophies and cash prizes will be made after the King Domino championship on September 25 and the Champions of Champions slated for October 2.
Fazia Collection was the sponsor of the Queen Domino competition for the second year and the organisers wish to express sincere gratitude for their sponsorship.
