Floodlights A & B to play Fundraiser in Mahaicony Creek
The Floodlights A and B teams will travel this Sunday to Hido Cricket Ground, Mahaicony Creek to play three softball matches billed as a fundraiser for the Gordon Table Rama Krishna Mandir.
They will take on two teams from the Mahaicony Creek, in two semi-finals and a final, the action starts at 10:00hrs and trophies are being sponsored by Derick Auto Sales of Happy Acres, East Coast Demerara.
All Floodlights team members are asked to assemble at Rays One Stop Auto Spares on Sheriff Street at 7:00hrs on Sunday for transportation to Mahaicony.
The Floodlights A team comes from, Derick Ramoutar (Captain), Petamber Maharaj, Bedi Ramjewan, Sase Sankar, Fidel Singh, Surendra Nauth, Rohan Boojraj, Jailall Deodas, Goverdhan Arjune, Ramchand Ragbeer, Jaipaul Bharat, Ray Seebaran, Kamal Seebaran, Shiek Mohammed and Ricky Deonarain.
The B squad: Mikes Singh (Captain), Rahaman Khan, Ramesh Ramsaroop, Ramesh Sunich, Mark Singh, Ramjit Singh, Eshwar Singh, Kamil Khan, Sham Nokta, Abas Farouk, Aditya Ramnarine, Steve Narine, Rupie Shewjattan, Lalta Gainda, Vinoo Sawh and Rajesh Singh.
