UDFA/Banks DIH/MCYS Division 1 League…Milerock lose 1st game to Shattas
Milerock suffered their first loss of the Upper Demerara Football Association (UDFA) Banks DIH / Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports division one league going under to Silver Shattas 3-0 on Friday at the Mackenzie Sports Club ground, Linden.
Ron Henry in the 22nd, Delroy Gilbert (82) and Marlon Cox one minute before time were the goal scorers for the victorious Shattas.
The evening’s other match up ended in a 0-0 stalemate between Bakewell Topp XX and Amelia’s Ward United.
Rivalry will continue on Wednesday with Milerock taking on Eagles United and Silver Shattas matching skills with Netrockers.
