(Kaieteur News) – The Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) Corporation has received five bids for the supply and installation of power to its new HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) System in the Commercial Building, and power to the Ground Floor Concession in the Existing Commercial Building.
According to recent bids which opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office, the project is estimated to cost $203,046,780.
The project is divided into two lots, with Lot 1 consist of the supply and installation of 1000A Parallel Supply in the DGR and power to the new HVAC System in the Commercial Building, and Lot 2 is for the power to the Ground Floor Concession in the Existing Commercial Building.
