Kaieteur News – An 18-year-old farmer was sentenced on Friday to three months imprisonment after pleading guilty to an Unlawful Wounding charge.
The accused, Shemroy Creame, of Supenaam, Essequibo Coast, appeared at the Suddie Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Tamieka Clarke.
It is alleged that Creame on June 28, 2025 at Supenaam Waterfront, wounded a 27-year-old farmer during an altercation.
Creame’s charge was brought under Section 50 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.
