Where does the northern boundary end? Does the answer lie with the Mayor and City Council and its historic laws?
Who decides on what is or is not taxable?
Is it the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Council City Engineer, the President, the First Lady???
Does the city include the ‘Sea Wall’ and it structures?
Please check the laws for the legal rights and the information of its citizenship – from first to last.
