Guyana gat de second largest Indian diaspora in de Caribbean and we nah getting a single match. Deh had a time when dem Indian cricket team use tuh feel at home when dem playing in Guyana and Trinidad. Dem use tuh get strong support. Not anymore. Dem traditional ties nah suh strong anymore.
Dem matches gan play in Trinidad and Tobago and St. Kitts. And guess where de last 2 T20s playing? In Uncle Sam. Since when Uncle Sam is part ah de Caribbean?
Dem boys know dat people use tuh call de Caribbean part ah Uncle Sam backyard. But now, it getting considered part ah de West Indies because matches on de tour playing in de West Indies. Dem should rename it de Tour of de West Indies and de USA.
De USA get two matches. Dem nah deh in de Caribbean. But dem gat plenty West Indians deh wah want see cricket.
Why dem matches couldn’t come Guyana? All de oil in de world can’t even bring a match hay. We gat a new cricket Board and dem nat even able get any match fuh come Guyana.
Yet, Guyanese people celebrating how we hosting CPL finals fuh de next 3 years. Dem nah telling de people wah dem pay fuh get fuh host dem matches. And dem certainly nah gan tell we why we nah hosting none ah dem matches pon de Indian tour of de West Indies.
